1. Merchant of Record & Billing Authority
Our order process is conducted by our authorized online reseller and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle", registered at Judd House, 18-29 Mora Street, London, EC1V 8BT, United Kingdom) and its affiliate Paddle Payments US Inc.
Paddle acts as the legal merchant of record for all subscription orders and consumable AI credit transactions on Ouron. Paddle handles order checkout, payment processing, tax/VAT calculation and remittance, currency exchange, invoicing, and customer billing support in compliance with Paddle Checkout Buyer Terms.
2. Strict No-Refund Policy for Provisioned Digital Services
In accordance with standard enterprise software-as-a-service (SaaS) and generative AI provider terms (including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Midjourney), Ouron operates under a strict no-refund policy once a payment transaction has been processed.
2.1 Why We Do Not Offer Refunds
- Immediate Server Resource Allocation: Upon subscription confirmation or renewal, our cloud infrastructure immediately reserves dedicated compute, multi-channel WebSocket listeners, real-time event buses, and database storage capacity for your workspace.
- Irreversible Third-Party AI API Incurred Costs: Every customer interaction processed through your connected messaging channels incurs immediate, unrecoverable API token computation costs charged by third-party model providers (Google Gemini, DeepSeek, OpenCode) and telecommunication carriers (Meta/WhatsApp Cloud API, Twilio).
- Consumable AI Credits: Add-on AI credit packs are consumable digital commodities credited immediately to your tenant workspace and cannot be returned, reclaimed, or transferred once provisioned.
ALL SUBSCRIPTION PAYMENTS, RENEWALS, UPGRADES, AND CONSUMABLE AI CREDIT PACK PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NON-REFUNDABLE IN WHOLE OR IN PART. NO REFUNDS OR PRORATED CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR PARTIAL BILLING PERIODS, DOWNTIME OF CONNECTED THIRD-PARTY MESSAGING PLATFORMS, ACCOUNT CLOSURE, UNUSED ACTIVE CONVERSATIONS, OR UNUSED AI TOKEN CAPACITY.
3. Risk-Free 14-Day Free Trial
We believe every merchant should test our platform before committing financial resources. Accordingly, Ouron provides a 14-day free evaluation trial across our core platform features:
- Access to our autonomous AI conversational workflows on WhatsApp, Instagram DM, and Facebook Messenger;
- Up to 280 active customer conversations during the trial period;
- Full inventory, booking unit, and custom form automation;
- Live chat handoff, worker auto-dispatch, and simulation studio testing.
You are strongly encouraged to thoroughly test all features, integrations, and channel connections during this free trial period. Upgrading to a paid plan constitutes your explicit confirmation that the Service satisfies your business requirements.
4. Subscription Cancellation Policy
You have the absolute right to cancel your subscription at any time without penalty or cancellation fees. You remain in complete control of your recurring billing.

4.1 Effect of Cancellation
- No Further Charges: Cancellation immediately halts all future recurring billing cycles and renewal payments.
- Retained Access Through Period End: Your account will remain fully functional on your current paid tier until the expiration of your prepaid billing period (month or year).
- Graceful Downgrade: At the conclusion of the prepaid period, your account will automatically transition to restricted free read-only access. Your stored catalog items, customer contacts, and operational history are preserved and will not be erased.
5. European Union & United Kingdom Statutory Rights
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and the UK Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal from distance contracts.
Express Digital Performance Waiver: For digital content and software-as-a-service supplied immediately, this right of withdrawal expires once performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent. When you complete checkout through Paddle and immediately receive digital access, API provisioning, and token allowances, you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose your statutory right of withdrawal in accordance with Paddle's Checkout Buyer Terms.

COVENANT AGAINST WRONGFUL CHARGEBACKS: INITIATING AN UNWARRANTED CHARGEBACK FOR PROVISIONED DIGITAL SERVICES OR CONSUMED AI COMPUTE WITHOUT PRIOR DIRECT ENGAGEMENT WITH OUR SUPPORT DESK CONSTITUTES A MATERIAL BREACH OF OUR TERMS OF SERVICE. OURON RESERVES THE RIGHT TO IMMEDIATELY SUSPEND OR TERMINATE THE OFFENDING WORKSPACE, PURGE CONNECTED CHANNEL CONFIGURATIONS, AND ASSESS AN ADMINISTRATIVE CHARGEBACK RECOVERY AND AUDIT FEE OF $150.00 USD (OR IDR 2,250,000) PER INCIDENT TO COVER MERCHANT DISPUTE SURCHARGES AND LEGAL COSTS.
