How does the 14-day free trial work?
You get instant access to Ouron's autonomous AI conversational engine, live chat inbox, catalog sync, and dispatch systems with up to 280 active conversations for 14 days. No credit card is required to begin. If you decide not to upgrade, your workspace simply transitions to read-only mode without any unexpected charges.
What counts as an Active Conversation?
An Active Conversation is measured as a rolling 24-hour conversational window with a distinct customer on any connected channel (WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger). All customer questions, catalog lookups, booking confirmations, payment proofs, and staff handoffs within that 24-hour window count as a single active conversation.
Does Ouron charge transaction fees or sales commissions?
No. Ouron charges 0.0% commission on your customer orders and bookings. You retain 100% of your customer revenue. When you connect your payment gateways (Stripe, Midtrans, Xendit, Tripay, Mayar) or receive direct bank/QR transfers, funds go straight to your merchant accounts.
Who processes subscription payments?
Our subscription checkout and billing are operated by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record. Paddle ensures PCI-DSS Level 1 compliance, handles applicable global sales tax/VAT, and provides an independent buyer help desk (help.paddle.com).
How do I cancel my subscription?
You can cancel your subscription at any time with 1 click directly in your merchant dashboard (Settings > Billing > Cancel Subscription), through Paddle's buyer portal (help.paddle.com), or by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops future renewals and your account remains active until your current prepaid cycle ends.

Following enterprise AI standards (OpenAI, Anthropic), digital subscriptions and consumable AI credits are strictly non-refundable once billed or provisioned because server compute, multi-channel connections, and third-party LLM inference tokens are incurred immediately.
